Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

To complete your return request, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items that show signs of damage not caused by ToyZeo
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window

Sale items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale or promotion are not refundable.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the returned item, excluding delivery charges.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
